What is your return policy?
If you ordered a customized product, then we are unable to process a no-excuses refund for you.
Unexcused refunds are only available for general merchandise
If there is an issue with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will be happy to help review the situation, and if the review is approved, we will send a replacement. Please do not return the item until we have reviewed it, our customer service team will review your request and send further instructions.Popsplace reserves the right to refuse any return request. The free return policy is limited to product quality issues only, the buyer is responsible for the logistics costs for the rest of the return reasons.
How do I cancel an order?
We can only cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order, please note that the credit card processing fee incurred for the order will not be refunded. Once this time has elapsed, we will not be able to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on providing prompt service, which includes shipping your order as quickly as possible.
